TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE SERVICE
Applies to the service najemokazjonalny24.pl
These Terms and Conditions set out the general conditions, rules and manner of provision of services by electronic means by R&L ESTATE RADZIVON TSITKO JEDNOOSOBOWA DZIAŁALNOŚĆ GOSPODARCZA via the online service https://najemokazjonalny24.pl (hereinafter: the “Online Service”).
§ 1 Definitions
- Terms and Conditions — these terms and conditions of the Online Service.
- Website of the Service — the websites on which the Service Provider runs the Online Service, operating in the najemokazjonalny24.pl domain.
- Agreement — a distance contract concluded under the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions between the User and the Service Provider via the Website of the Service.
- Service Provider — R&L ESTATE RADZIVON TSITKO JEDNOOSOBOWA DZIAŁALNOŚĆ GOSPODARCZA, NIP: 5214033689, REGON: 526194043, entered in CEIDG, address: Al. Niepodległości 147 lok. 148, 02-555 Warsaw, e-mail: info@rlestate.company, tel. +48 512 286 639, the owner of the Service.
- User — an entity using the functionalities of the Service, having full legal capacity.
§ 2 General provisions and use of the Online Service
- All rights to the Service (including copyright to content, layout, logos and templates) belong to the Service Provider and may be used only in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Service is available on popular browsers and devices. Minimum requirements: a browser of at least IE 11 / Chrome 89 / Firefox 86 / Opera 53 / Safari 5 with JavaScript and cookies enabled, connection of at least 512 kbit/s. The website is responsive.
- The Service uses cookies to function properly (details in the Privacy Policy). The User may limit them in the browser settings — this may make it more difficult to use the Service.
- It is forbidden to provide unlawful content and to use the Service in a manner contrary to law, good practices or infringing the personal rights of third parties and the legitimate interests of the Service Provider.
- Using the Internet involves the risk of data being intercepted by unauthorised persons — the User should use appropriate security measures (including antivirus software).
- The User uses the resources of the Service exclusively for their own use; it is forbidden to use the Service in a way that infringes the interests of the Service Provider.
§ 3 Free services
The Service Provider provides the following free of charge:
- Contact form;
- Posting reviews (e.g. via a widget/Google reviews). In connection with the execution of the order, the Service Provider sends a one-time e-mail asking the User to leave a review.
The contact form enables messages to be sent to the Service Provider. The User may stop using the service simply by ceasing to send messages.
Posting reviews enables the publication of subjective statements regarding the Service/services; resignation is effected by ceasing to publish such content.
The Service Provider may block access to free services in the event of breaches of law/the Terms and Conditions or for security reasons (e.g. attempted hacking). The User will be informed of the block by e-mail.
§ 4 User’s liability for posted content
By publishing content, the User declares that they hold the rights to such content and that the publication of data/images of third parties is lawful and based on consent. The User agrees that the content may be viewed by other Users and the Service Provider, and also agrees to the creation of derivative works within the meaning of copyright law.
It is forbidden to publish data or images of third parties without consent and to publish advertising/promotional content not related to the Service.
The Service Provider is liable for Users’ content after receiving a notification in accordance with §5. Content that infringes the rights of third parties, is offensive, misleading or contrary to the interests of the Service Provider is prohibited.
After receiving a notification, the Service Provider may modify or remove content that infringes the law/the Terms and Conditions. Ongoing moderation is not carried out.
The User agrees to the free use of the posted content within the Service.
§ 5 Reporting threats or infringements of rights
Infringements may be reported to info@rlestate.company. Upon receiving a notification, the Service Provider promptly verifies it and removes the disputed content if the notification is justified.
§ 6 Order Fulfillment Time
- The Seller will fulfill the order within 1 (one) business day from the moment the payment is credited and the Seller receives from the Customer all complete information necessary to fulfill the order.
- The delivery (shipping) time depends on the selected delivery method and the carrier/operator and constitutes a separate timeframe that is not included in the order fulfillment time.
- In justified cases, in particular in urgent situations beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., technical failures, force majeure events), the fulfillment time may be extended. The Seller will inform the Customer of the expected fulfillment time without undue delay once such information becomes available.
§ 7 Complaints
Complaints regarding services provided by electronic means should be sent to info@rlestate.company (description of the problem, contact details). The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days and respond by e-mail.
The consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms (details: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php and the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
§ 8 Personal data protection
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available in the Service.
§ 9 Withdrawal from the Agreement
The consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the period starts from the date of conclusion of the Agreement).
The statement may be submitted electronically via a form/e-mail contact. In the event of effective withdrawal, the Agreement is deemed not to have been concluded.
Note – digital content: if, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the User requests the commencement of performance (e.g. preparation and delivery of documents for an occasional lease in PDF) and confirms the loss of the right of withdrawal after full performance, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
§ 10 Termination of the Agreement
The User and the Service Provider may terminate the agreement for the provision of services by electronic means at any time, with respect for acquired rights. Termination is effected by a declaration of intent made in electronic form.
§ 11 Final provisions and amendments to the Terms and Conditions
- The Terms and Conditions may be printed, saved or downloaded from the Service.
- Disputes will be resolved amicably; the governing law is Polish law.
- The Service Provider may amend the Terms and Conditions; amendments enter into force 7 days after publication. The Service Provider will inform the User of amendments by e-mail. Failure to accept the amendments means termination of the agreement in accordance with §9.
- Agreements are concluded in Polish.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 15.09.2024.
PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY
This Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data in the Service https://najemokazjonalny24.pl.

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
§ 1 Scope of data, purposes and legal basis
We process data of Users using the Service (without registration):
Contact form / Ordering of services: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, PESEL, passport/ID number, address of the property and other data necessary to prepare documents for an occasional lease — Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (fulfilment of legal obligations, including accounting obligations).
Online payments: identification and transaction data required by the payment operator — Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.
Reviews and ratings: sending a one-time e-mail asking the User to leave a review about the performed service — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).
Technical and navigation data (IP, device, browser, referrer, clicks) using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest: analysis of the functioning of the Service, security and statistics). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to perform the service.
§ 2 Data recipients and transfers
We may transfer data to:
- hosting/IT providers, accounting entities — on the basis of data processing agreements;
- the online payment operator (e.g. payment system/Bank) — as a separate controller;
- providers of analytical/marketing tools (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd., Meta Platforms);
- public authorities authorised by law.
When transferring data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (including EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework mechanism).
§ 3 Storage period
Contract and settlement data: for the duration of the contract and thereafter until the expiry of limitation periods and for the period required by tax/accounting regulations (as a rule 5 years from the end of the tax year).
Contact form data not resulting in a contract: up to 12 months or until an objection is raised.
Analytical data (cookies/pixels): in accordance with the lifecycle of cookies/tools or until they are deleted by the User.
§ 4 Cookies and tracking tools
The Service uses cookies: necessary, analytical (Google Analytics) and marketing (Meta Pixel) — in order to ensure the functioning of the Service, statistics and measurement of effectiveness. The User may manage cookies in the browser (restriction may make it more difficult to use some features).
IP addresses may be processed for security, statistics and administration of the Service. The Service may contain links to external websites — we are not responsible for their privacy policies.
§ 5 Rights of data subjects
The User has the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (including to analytics/marketing) and to withdraw consent (if given). Requests should be sent to info@rlestate.company. We respond no later than within 1 month (with the possibility of extending to 2 months for complex requests). A complaint may be lodged with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
§ 6 Profiling
We may use basic profiling (analysis of activities in the Service) for statistical purposes and to tailor content. It does not produce legal effects concerning the User nor similarly significantly affect them (Article 22 of the GDPR does not apply).
§ 7 Contact regarding GDPR

§ 8 Changes to the Policy
The Policy may be amended; we will inform about this 7 days in advance by publishing the information in the Service.
